How did this go? Did you lose any info? I'm nervous waiting because I don't want all my data and chart of accounts and such to disappear or something. I had my subscription set with Apple billing, but I'm trying to change it to my business account info, so I was instructed to cancel my subscription and go to the Subscriptions and Billing section on Quickbooks Online, but I get the same error message. My month is up in a couple weeks, so trying to figure this out ASAP.
