So sorry to hear that.  I have been a Certified Proadvisor for 20 years and the support has dropped a lot for us that still are desktop advisors.  I would say that even though it is a hassle.  Keep calling support back until you find one that understands and wants to help you.

Hopefully you will find out what is going on.  Are you sure you credit card did not expire back in September?  That is renewal date for a lot of Proadvisors.
