Are you using Windows Server 2012?
Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or support for PCs running Windows Standard and Essentials Server 2012 and Server 2012 R2 after Oct 10, 2023. For this reason, QuickBooks 2023 won't support Windows Server 2012 and can’t be installed on it.
