Hi Candace,
This issue has not been resolved. It's not about clearing history - it's a bug in QBO.
The "Reminders List" transaction used to clear when you created the JE for that date, however, it doesn't any longer (for over a year now). Instead, you must create the JE using the reminder for that date, then go back to the Reminder List and choose "Skip" (which doesn't make any sense).
Why can't Intuit get this right when it used to be the functionality for many years? I have several associates on my team, and we manage several QBO files for our clients -- we all have the same issue. This is not about my browsing history.
