I know what happened when Sonoma was released last year compared to this year when Sequoia was released. Intuit support will not admit anything for outdated versions. Because they won't do anything when the outdated version suddenly fails to run on Sonoma or Sequoia. You can only get testimonials from other users and you can still use the trial version of QBD 2024 as a workaround.
