I appreciate you joining the thread and bringing this to our attention, dbailey4. I’d be happy to help you resolve this pop-up message, so you can continue printing and downloading invoices in QuickBooks Online.
Before that, to ensure we're on the same page, have you tried the troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague, JamaicaA?
If yes, and the error persists, you can try resetting your QBO Desktop app to default and clear its cache. Here's how:
- Click the Help menu.
- Choose Reset App Data.
Furthermore, if the following steps still result in the same error, I recommend contacting our QBO support team for further assistance, since this issue seems specific to the QBO Desktop App and you've never encountered it before. They can provide you with tailored guidance and help troubleshoot the problem effectively.
Here's how you can contact them:
- Open your QuickBooks Online Desktop App.
- Click on the Help menu.
- Select Contact Us to connect with a support expert.
In the meantime, you can temporarily use your QBO account using browsers to seamlessly print and download your invoice transactions.
You can also convert an estimate into an invoice in QBO after sending it to your customer
