However, if no changes were made to your custom templates, I recommend reaching out to our QBO support team again. Since these changes appeared without any update reports, our support team may now have the latest information on your case. They could provide valuable insights or updates that weren't available during your previous interaction.

 

Furthermore, if you want to have pop-up notifications for future updates, you can directly send feedback from your QBO account. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feedback and suggestions about the pop-up notifications for future updates.
  3. Click Next to submit them.
