Everything is freshly installed on a new SSD and this is troublesome that fresh installs would still create incompatibility.  I noticed that Quickbooks does not provide a compatibility option for anything above Windows 8?  That is a problem that Quickbooks should've remedied a decade ago.  I can try to re-install Office, however, this should not be the solution to reinstall Office every single time a Windows update or Quickbook update is processed. That would be at least one time a week that a change would force me to reinstall Office and that is not feasible or realistic for businesses.  We use IMAP on Office and by default, Microsoft purges emails over 2 weeks old if we are not able to disable the NIC interface before it synchronizes and then manually disable the purge setting.  Continuing to re-install would potentially create a catastrophic purge of an email account every time we had to re-install Office. This is becoming a tremendous waste of time and from what we can see, this has been an ongoing issue for over 4 years.  Microsoft makes the Operating System, it is up to Quickbooks to create their software to properly interface and integrate with the Microsoft Operating Systems, not the other way around.  I will re-install Office and will respond with our status.
