hi, thanks for your confirmation, i was going off of your last post where you said
"I have followed the steps, but the TC22 scanner still showed "No warehouse users found in QB company file". Please advise what other steps I can try."
I would be needing 3 of these devices, so I need to make sure of its compatibility before purchasing.
