I ended up moving away from the QB Fixed Asset Manager as there were too many program bugs for me. Most importantly, when one user would input data or make changes, those changes were not visible to another user. Or the user had to be an Admin user in order to make changes, which did not work well when the Admin is looking to delegate tasks. Program seemed very rigid with very little support options. Currently using Excel again to manage Fixed Assets. I am usually a big fan of QB, but disappointed in the Fixed Asset Manager to say the least.
