Thermal printer
I am running QB Desktop Pro 2019 and want to use thermal printer instead of Laser jet for invoices. Can anyone tell what printer to use?

Thermal printers are in my experience quite rare in business back-office printing. They're usually used for small receipt-like tape. I don't think QuickBooks will work with any of them to print invoices, but am not totally sure.
You don't mean an ink jet printer, do you?

Hello there, @RM15.
Let me provide information about using thermal printer in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
Currently the option to use thermal printer in QBDT is unavailable. For now, I recommend exploring third-party applications that offer integration solutions for thermal printers with QBDT. Additionally, you may consider searching the Intuit Marketplace for potential options.
I will also include these articles, which provide guidance on resolving printing issues and offer troubleshooting steps for scenarios where you are unable to print or save documents as PDF:
If you have any concerns about the thermal printer or anything else related to QuickBooks, please tag me in the comment section, @RM15. I'll assist you in any way possible.
