Since none of the troubleshooting steps are helping to resolve the problem, here's how to get in touch with our Customer Support Team so they can take a further look at your account: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Press the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
  3. Hit the Contact us button.
  4. Enter your question and tap Let's talk.
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
