Let me outline the steps to accomplish the task of creating a statement showing all open invoices in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

  1. At the left navigation panel select Sales, then choose Customers
  2. Choose a customer you want to create a statement
  3. Click the New Transaction button and choose Open item from Select a statement Type.
  4. Then Save.
