Let me help you utilize your custom amount when entering an invoice.
Changing an item amount in the Customize invoice form section isn't possible. This feature will only modify the displayed information on the form.
Moreover, the Rate is equivalent to the sales price you set for the product from the Item List tab. Also, the amount varies and will change on how many Quantities (Qty) were ordered or sold to your customer multiplied by the custom Rate.
However, you can edit this in the Item List tab to set your custom amount. Here's how:
- Select Item List from the Lists tab.
- Look for the item you'll set the amount. Then, double-click the item.
- Enter your custom amount in the Rate field.
- Once done, click OK.
