Can you tell us what version of QuickBooks you're using? As you may be aware, Microsoft discontinued support for Internet Explorer last June 2022. They've also permanently disabled IE through a Microsoft Edge update on certain versions of Windows OS.

Because of this, QuickBooks Desktop began to use our new custom browser to replace IE. This custom browser will only be available in QuickBooks Desktop Pro/Premier/Enterprise/Accountant 2020, 2021, and 2022 versions.
If you're using QuickBooks 2019 or older, you'll want to consider moving to QuickBooks Online or upgrading to the latest version of QuickBooks Desktop.
