If you see a dialog or pop-up advertisement on your end, you can hover your mouse over the pointer on the dialog or pop-up to see the X, Close, or Hide button.
But regarding your original concern, the Sales Receipt tab isn't available in QuickBooks Online, only the Sales Order tab. Additionally, the "Seamlessly connect your sales channels" feature is a user interface that links third-party sales channels such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
Moreover, when looking for the sales receipt, you can find it in the All sales tab. It's my pleasure to help you on how to do it:

- Select All sales.
