Since my replies to your message wont post to the page, I will respond here....
I find it absolutely adorable that you think none of us have followed your help & support links. You know as well as I that they are always a dead end with empty promises. Your response is literally a mockery of the lack of services that Intuit fails to provide. You just lost another paying customer.
