We're unable to move the attachments from one QuickBooks Online (QBO) to another, @exchequer1911. However, I'll be providing a workaround that you can use below.
In QBO, attachments can't be directly transferred from one QBO account to another. You'll need to manually download the attachments from one account and then upload them to the other account.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Attachments.
- Once the Attachments list opens, click the Drag/Drop files here or click the icon to upload.
- Choose the file you want to upload, then select Open.

Moreover, you can also look and utilize a third-party app through the QuickBooks Online App Store that will allow you to upload attachments.
