If you’d like your business name to be more clearly visible on these statements, I suggest submitting feedback. For QuickBooks Online, you can use the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Feedback.
- Provide a short description of your product suggestion.
- Hit Next to submit your feedback.
