We recognize the importance of maintaining the authenticity of your email communications. I'm here to assist you in submitting your feedback to the appropriate team at QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
Currently, QBSE does not offer a way to customize the email sender of your invoices within the program. I encourage you to share your feedback with our product engineers, as they review suggestions for potential future updates.
Here's how to send your request:
- Go to Invoices and select Create invoice.
- At the top right of the screen, click Feedback.
- Type in your suggestion and click Next.
On the other hand, if you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can use your Gmail to send invoices to your customers.
