QUICKBOOKS WILL NOT BACK YOU UP!!!
I recently had someone order material from me. We sent them the invoice through Quickbooks Intuit software and CC'd ourselves. Customer paid with a credit card. A week after delivery was made, the customer disputed the charges. We uploaded all the evidence requested by Quickbooks Resolution Center including POD, Photos of the material being loaded onto customer's trucking, along with a copy of the email sent to the customer requesting payment. We figured we would be covered this way. Turns out we were wrong.
Quickbooks sent us an email a week later stating that a decision had been reached in favor of the Card Issuer (meaning: my customers credit card company). Quickbooks WILL NOT give any information as to why the decision was reached in their favor. They also WILL NOT give us any information on who the credit card issuer is so that we may contact them direct. Furthermore, they refuse any appeal process on the decision made.
Quickbooks DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. Their only concern is selling you as many products as possible. But if something should go awry, you are on your own. Quickbooks washes their hands of the situation and moves on to the next matter at hand. Anyone using Quickbooks credit card merchant services should look elsewhere for a better company that will actually back up their customers.
