The best route to take would be to contact our Customer Support Team in order to get an update on your case/ticket. Since the Community is a public platform, I'm unable to review your account on the back end to look over the case/ticket. 

 

If you've already contact them and they were unable to give you an update, I suggest getting a new ticket or case with another specialist and letting them know what's happened.
