Are you also using QuickBooks Desktop 2021, FDH1? If so, please note that this version has been discontinued. As a result, internet services, including webmail, are no longer supported. 

 

On the other hand, if you're using one of the supported versions of QuickBooks, you can update to the latest release to enable the SSL/TLS option to get Office 365. I'll explain the steps for this in detail shortly.

 

Step 1: Upgrade QuickBooks to the latest version and get the latest release.

 

  1. Check for QuickBooks Updates in the QuickBooks drop-down arrow. If a newer version is available, select Install Update.
  2. When prompted, select Install and Relaunch.
  3. After the update is complete, QuickBooks for Mac will open automatically.

 

Step 2: Check and enable the SSL/TLS option. To do this, you can seek guidance from an IT personnel when doing this.
