Okay QB Community...this is a real conundrum. I currently have QB Desktop Enterprise Solutions: Contractor 24.0
- On 6-12-2024 I processed our payroll for pay perios 03-09 June, sent to Intuit and all employees were paid accordingly.
- On 6-13-2024 I paid various vendor invoices.
- On 6-14-2024 I did a company backup because I was going to uninstall and reinstall QB due to possible errors.
- On Monday 6-17-2024 I did the uninstall and reinstall of my QB.
- I noticed that QB said I needed to process payroll for the pay period of 03-09 June?!?! However all the employees confirmed they had received their direct deposits (I do not use QB direct deposit).
- I called QB and told QB didn't record the payroll information and I had to "simply" recreate it.
- Today I realized no transactions I processed from June 12th, 13th & 14th were not recorded in QB.
What in the world would cause this? ANY INFORMATION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
