I'm worried about how this impacts your business, @AmberSt. Let me share additional steps to help fix this situation.

Before we begin, have you encountered an error message during import and manually adding the transactions? Please share additional information about this to help us narrow down the cause of the problem.

QuickBooks relies on the Central Bank's performance to synchronize your transactions. For now, let's check your website to fix slow or stuck issues. Also, if you change any details on your bank's website (such as account number, username, or password), update this information in QuickBooks to ensure proper synchronization of transactions. Let me walk you through the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
  3. Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
  4. Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.
  5. Once everything looks good, go back to QuickBooks.
  6. Then, go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions, and click Update.

To update your bank information in QuickBooks, follow the steps in this article in the Step 3 section: Update your bank information.

Moreover, if you need assistance categorizing automatically downloaded transactions or are having trouble locating recently downloaded transactions, refer to these articles for additional guidance.

Please let us know whenever you have other queries about bank transactions. We'll do our best to fix them promptly. Take care.
