Here is what I have to say, if you can't get this fixed and fixed yesterday, I am going to go with different software. I don't want desktop software, I use online.
Frankly, they couldn't be bothered to address any threat of throwing QBO out the window. You can use a free billing management app to sync with QBO temporarily as a workaround. Alternatively, convert your data to QB Desktop and use the trial version to access historical data for good. Then you'll start over in a new system to lower your conversion costs.
