Its a virus, open task manager and find the process qbhelper then right click on it and open file location. Go back to task manager and end the qbhelper process then delete qbhelper and any other files that were installed the same day. Ive been a tech for 25 years and this had me baffled for about 2 hours. The phone number on the popup goes right to the scammers.
