Thanks for joining the thread. Allow me to step in and help locate the Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2s online checkbox on your employee's personal information.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account and select Workers on the left-side panel.
2. Click Employees.
3. Select the employee to edit information.
4. Then, click the Edit employee tab.
5. Type in your employee's email and make sure to check the Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2's online box.
6. Once finished, click Done to save the information.

That should do it. Your employee can log in to their email and click the link sent to them to access the Workforce.
