Thank you!! I've been looking for an answer for a couple days now & couldn't send any invoice out to customers. Your suggestion to do the manual update worked & everything is right with the settings suggested too!!

 

Complete the update in Quickbooks, restart everything after completion & then enter the setting below.

Email Provider: Others

Server Name: smtp.office365.com

Port: 587

check the SSL/TLS option
