To see a summary of the activity of the amortized assets, grouped by one user-defined classification and sorted by asset number within each group, refer to these steps:
- In your QBDT account, go to the Accountant menu and select Managed Fixed Assets.
- From the QuickBooks Fixed Asset Manager center, click on the Reports tab and select Display Reports.
- You can either choose the Amortization Schedule by General Ledger (G/L) Account Number or Amortization Schedule by User Defined or any other specific reports.
- Modify other details and click OK to enable data preview.
