I understand your concern about the delay in sending emails, and I agree that waiting for more than ten seconds can be time-consuming. Since none of the troubleshooting steps have resolved the issue with your QuickBooks Desktop, I recommend contacting our support team for further assistance. They can securely access your account and help you resolve this issue. 

 

 Here's how to contact support: 

1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop account

2. Go to Help and click on QuickBooks Help

3. Select Contact Us

4. Describe your issue and click Continue

5. Sign in to your account, select Continue, then click Continue with my account

6. Check your email for a single-use code, enter the code, and click Continue.

 7. Choose between chatting with us or requesting a callback.
