Here's another thing that I wonder.... What happened to a status of "closed"? In the new setup, under the Manage menu, there is no closed. Closest thing is converted, but that used to - and still does to me - mean that an estimate was turned into an invoice. We used Closed for a specific reason - that isn't related to invoicing. Now my reports that pulled on that difference are worthless from this point forward.
And the status options on that screen are different than the ones available in the Update Status from the transaction list.... Shouldn't the statuses that are available in QBs be the same everywhere that you can access the status? One caveat of OOP is making sure that the common features are exactly that - COMMON. A beauty of relational databases is not repeating tables when one will suffice....
And the "Review & Pay" button has brought another wonderful (not) thing to our system. When the clients use that button to approve, rather than responding to the email as they used to, I get an email from Intuit which doesn't attach to the client's email.... no such thing as filing approvals by client name anymore....
It's honestly like I am having to learn a brand new software at the same time as I am adjusting our business practices.....
