I appreciate you for taking the time to share your concerns here in the Community, OfficeManager_JTE. I'm here to address them for you.
I know that adjustments are necessary in getting used to a new invoice and estimate experience. Rest assured, we're here to help you transition from the old layout into the new one.
Additionally, we've received reports on users' customers receiving estimates with a Review and Pay button when using a customized estimate template. Our product engineers are currently gathering more information regarding this issue. I recommend contacting our support team so they can add you to the affected users list.
- Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
- Then, click Contact Us.
- Then, enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
- Lastly, choose either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.
Moreover, we understand that you may have some feedback on the article, and we appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thus, I suggest sending feedback about the article.
Here's how to do it:
- Scroll down to the end of the article until you see the Was this helpful? prompt.
- Click No.
- Choose any of the options.
In the meantime, you can access your estimates on the Estimates tab on the Sales page.
Furthermore, I appreciate the time and effort you exerted in troubleshooting the issues you're experiencing with hidden estimate statuses, the inability to turn off unused custom fields, the Edit default settings link not redirecting you to the right page, and the Add a design option not allowing you to see the final product. Since the issues persist, I recommend reaching out to our support team. They can review your account in a secure environment and investigate the root cause of these matters. You can use the steps I've listed above to do so. You can also check our support hours here.
