Other questions
I want to start by thanking you for joining us today and for expressing your concerns regarding the Send Later and Print Later optons in your invoices, KJatWork.
I understand how important these features are for you and I assure you that we take your everyone's feedback about the new invoice layout seriously.
I'd like to let you know that the Print later and Send later settings for recurring transactions are already available in the new invoice layout. This means that there will be no changes to the delivery of the automated transactions, ensuring a consistent experience with your customers.
To make things even easier, I would like to share the steps to ensure that all newly created or recurring invoices are set for print and send later.
Here's how:
- Go to the + New button and select Invoice.
- Click Manage in the upper-right-hand corner.
- Look for Scheduling and click on it.
- Turn on Print later by sliding it to the right.
- If you want to make it recurring, go to Make invoice recurring and slide the status bar to the right.
- Make sure the Automatically send emails are turned off.
- Click Save template.
To provide additional information and resources when using the invoicing feature, I'd like to share these resources as well:
