The option to add widgets or sales charts is in your Dashboard menu. This customizable section allows you to display the most relevant sales information at a glance without running a report.
Let me guide you through the process:
- Go back to your Dashboard and click Customize layout.
- Click Add or remove widgets.
- Check the box for Accounts Receivables and Invoices, then click Save.
- You can also drag widgets to reorder them.
- Select and drag the sides of a widget to resize it.
- Click Done.
Once done, you'll immediately see the amounts of invoices that are unpaid, paid, undeposited, and deposited.
Another way to view your sales performance and invoices in QuickBooks Online is through the Overview tab under the Sales menu.
