Thank you for replying. I checked the price rules and they are configured correctly. In addition, I am the only one with access and I made no changes. It just stopped working after the most recent update from qbo developers.

 

I did as you requested and used a Google Chrome private browser window to test if the rules were working and they are not. They have worked flawlessly for 2 years and no changes were made on our end. The 'wonderful developers' have done something to break this very important feature.

 

I am open to suggestions on further solutions to fix this.
