Is your Home page blank? My Home Page is blank - on both views. I have an add or remove widgets. I don't have any widgets and nothing adds when I try that. Any ideas

I've tried shutting down and rebooting.  Nothing seems to be working.  There is a customize your layout - but I don't have any widgets to customize
