Once Intuit came up with QBs Online, they started shoving everyone in that direction.  Software as a service has really increased admin costs on all of us and offered very little in return.  With the increased capabilities of AI (for cheap or free), Intuit needs to pay attention to feedback and learn to keep customers happy. There are more alternatives to their services available each day.  I guarantee that I could find at least 50 people today, within my own close network of accountants, who would agree that the loss of scanning within transactions sucks rocks.
