I recognize that there can be changes within software after several updates, @BW2022. I appreciate you informing us of this issue.
I'm here to share some troubleshooting options for resolving the check memo field alignment so that it doesn't overrun other fields in the check and route you to our Support Team to create an investigation case for our Product Engineers to resolve in upcoming updates.
Adjusting the scale or page size for printing varies depending on your setup and the printing experience, which can be from your browser, Adobe Acrobat, or printer driver. Here are some common tips for adjusting the scale of your tool:
- Adjust print scale in Adobe Acrobat.
- Adjust print scale in common Brother printers.
- Scale or resize the printout in common HP printers (look for layout and formatting settings).
- Adjust print scale in common Canon printers.
After this, I encourage reaching out to our Support Team to inform our Product Engineers of this problem. Here's how you can reach out to them:
1. In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, go to Help (?).
2. Select either of these tabs:
- Assistant tab and type Talk to a human.
- Search tab and click on Contact us to connect with a support expert.
3. Choose how you want to reach us (phone or chat).
For Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start, support is available Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For Advanced, support is available any time and any day.
As a future reference, let me add this guide for managing your expenses in QBO: Enter and manage expenses in QuickBooks Online.
