Quickbooks Online Invoice Changes Begin May 6 Email

Several years ago, Quickbooks Online made a change to their invoice templates, and as a result I lost my company's custom invoice templates. After several weeks and many phone calls, I was finally able to escalate the issue to someone at corporate who found a programmer who helped me recreate the templates. It caused many headaches to say the least!

 

I am very concerned that after May 6 when "the capability to switch the old and new invoicing layouts will no longer be available" that I will no longer be able to access my templates or that they will not work the same way.

 

Is there anyone at QuickBooks that can help me make sure that I do not lose my templates nor any of their functionality?  How can we test this out ahead of time?
