It is the most recent version. The update is what caused these issues. It used to automatically have the tax and a list of tax rate options if I needed to change it. Now it has nothing and when I click to add tax manually it gives no options. Then if you try to save anyway it gives an error. This is all when creating a new invoice.
It won't even show past or open invoices anymore.
