Thank you for coming back to the Community, CCloud1.
It's great to hear that you have extensive experience using QuickBooks, but I can see how this particular issue can be challenging. Let me direct you to the right support that can get the deposits to show in the Transaction Lists screen and address some of your concerns.
Based on the scenario, we'll have to open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company and review the donor setup and how the entries, as well as deposits, are tracked. I recommend contacting our QBO Customer Care Team for further assistance.
They can perform a screen-sharing session with you, trace where the issue is coming from, and provide a permanent fix to rectify the issue. Here's how to reach them:
- In your company, tap the Help icon in the upper right to display the support window.
- Choose the Assistant tab and enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something bar.
- Press the Get help from a human link to see more options.
- In the How would you like to connect with us? section, choose Chat to initiate a conversation and Callback to speak with an agent.
Regarding your concern with the Switch to classic view feature, the option to stay all the time is currently unavailable. We understand your need to have the ability to remain in the view stated above. Let's forward this idea straight to our developers for consideration in future developments.
Here's how:
- Open your QBO company, and go to the Gear icon at the top to select Feedback.
- Type a brief description of your product suggestions in the field box.
- Click Next to submit.
You can keep track of your request by visiting our Customer Feedback page. Aside from that, feel free to visit the QuickBooks Blog to learn what's up and coming about the product as well as innovations rolled out by our developers.
Additionally, these resources provide explanations on how to manage bank deposits, handle donor entries, and other sales-related transactions and activities. Simply click on each link to more about the process:
- Record and make bank deposits in QuickBooks Online
- Topics about your company's income and customers
- Invoices and payments
Should you need further assistance navigating through QBO and have questions about managing your donor's deposits, click the Reply button and leave your comments in the field box. I'll get back to help you the best that I can. Have a good one, CCloud1.
