Currently, we've received similar cases or reports about the issue of being unable to attach files in QuickBooks Online. I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team Support so they can add you to the affected users list.
Here's how you can reach out to them:
- Go to Help (?).
- From the Search tab, click Contact Us.
- Please enter your question and select Continue.
- Review and Select from the following: Have us call you or Chat with us.
