Thank you for reaching out to the Community, coin-operated. I understand how significant it is for you to connect your bank. I can provide you with steps on how to check if Bank fidelity is still supported by QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
The first thing we need to do is to update your QBDT release.
Here's how to update your desktop version:
- Select Update available, then select Install now to install.
- It may take some time for the installation to complete.
- Please open QuickBooks after you have finished downloading it.
After updating the version, you can try accessing the login page link for Bank fidelity to connect it to QuickBooks.
I'll leave this article for you to have detailed steps and helpful information on how to update your QBDT to the latest release: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release
If it's still not working, you can reach out to Bank Fidelity's contact support if they are still supporting QBDT.
For now, you can manually upload your transactions using the CSV file as a workaround.
