Let's go to the Customers menu and follow the steps below:
- Click the Customers menu and select Create Statements.
- On the new pop-up window, specify the statement Date and Period.
- Tap the All open transactions as of Statement Date.
- Choose a customer or pick other options.
- Personalize your statement in the Additional Options section.
- Once done, click Preview, Print, or E-mail.

Let me outline the steps to accomplish the task of creating a statement showing all open invoices in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- At the left navigation panel select Sales, then choose Customers
- Choose a customer you want to create a statement
- Click the New Transaction button and choose Open item from Select a statement Type.
- Then Save.
