Thank you for chiming and sharing the steps you have done so far. I have one more troubleshooting step for you to follow.
- Clear the app's cache (Phone Settings > Apps > QuickBooks > Storage > Clear Cache) - only available to Android users
- Log out and back in
- Reboot the phone/tablet
- Connect to a different Wi-Fi or mobile network
- Check for iOS/Android updates
