Allow me to share some details about this.

 

We will upgrade your company file in our backend tool and convert it to QuickBooks Online. Please note that multi-language fonts may not be supported on the Windows OS used for the conversion.

 

You can follow 4Gal's suggestion before moving your data.

 

You can also contact our QuickBooks Support Team. They have full access to your account and can review the data to ensure accurate conversions.

 

Here's how to contact our support:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your concern in the Type something field, then click the send icon.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. You can either select the Chat with us or Have us call you option.
