Let me help you print the invoices on the printer that you are in QuickBooks Online (QBO), MossB.
Any printer can be used in printing invoices with QBO as long as it's compatible with your computer. However, there are receipt printers that are only designed for QuickBooks Point of Sale. Also, we're unable to modify the print settings in the system for the Star TSP100 receipt printer since it is only compatible with QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale.
With that said, I'd suggest contacting the POS receipt printer service provider on how to rectify this since we don't have any info from them. They may have settings that allow QBO to print receipts directly and ensure proper receipt alignments.
If they can't modify the print settings like installing the Star TSP100 printer driver in QBO, you may consider checking for a third-party application that can help you with this one. - Go to Apps on the left side menu.
- Search for the app in the Find apps to streamline your work field.
- Look for an app that supports printing your sales forms using the Star TSP100 receipt printer.
