I have attempted to purchase Desktop Pro, non subscription based and repeatedly am told that is not available. If I do not provide my account information, I get hung up on....repeatedly. Clearly they are trained to not waste the time on customers that do not desire a subscription based plan. Further, data mining is in issue!!
