The Intuit W-9 form isn't a form we provide. To obtain a Form W-9, you must download and fill out manually. Once you have completed the form, you can print it and mail it to the appropriate tax agency.
You might wonder why the W-9 form isn't available in QuickBooks Online. As per our company's policies, payments made by our customers for our services don't require a W-9 or 1099 form because of the following:
- Intuit is a corporation.
- As listed in the General Instructions for Certain Information Returns, payments made to corporations aren't reportable.
- Intuit's services aren't part of the list of payments to corporations that must be reported.
